Since the invention of synthetic blood Vampires have came out into the open to live amongst the humans in something of the word peace. To some humans this was a dream come true, a fairy tale ending to a horror flick. To others it was back to the days of slave trade where skin colour divided our nation, our world. Only now it was all races which bound together against the blood suckers. Except for some who would rather be sucking something else. The Fang Bangers. In most of your Dracula stories there aren't mobs of people who crave after the so called m0nsters, and in most Dracula stories, Draco isn't getting drained for his blood either. But they're only stories and reality is somewhat different.
Sookie Stackhouse had always felt like she was different. Hearing people's thoughts her entire life set her back a little. It was all one big muddle, too many thoughts, and too many unwelcome scenarios. Until one day there was silence. Meet Bill Compton, Bon Temp's first Vampire. It wasn't long before a swirling romance happened between Bill and Sookie.

Their relationship grew with intensity, as did the murder toll in Bon Temps. Fascination and fear became common place as the town folk speculated and accused. Bill and Sookie ignored the locals, but Bill could not ignore a voice of power. Eric Northam.
Things are beginning to get out of hand in Bon Temps. More vampires are going missing, and it appears there's a rise in illegal sales of vampire blood... who's capturing and draining the vampires? Will Sookie & Bill stand the test of time...? Bon Temps is about to become pretty dangerous... but with danger there is always a spell of excitement...
